Useful knowledge and cancellation conditions
Your stay
- Reduction for children on request
- The rooms can only be kept free until 18.00 o’clock, if later arrival is not notified.
- Departure: Please vacate the rooms by 11.00 a.m. at the latest
- Arrival: The rooms are ready for occupancy from 15.00 hrs.
- Garage: per day € 30,-
- Prices are valid from a minimum stay of 4 days
- Credit cards: EC, Visa and Mastercard (for external services we charge the commission on the card, e.g. ski passes, ski school, cash etc.)
- The Austrian hotel regulations come into force in the event of a cancellation
- Travel cancellation insurance: www.europaeische.de
- Pets are NOT allowed
Cancellation terms
Should you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- up to 3 months before arrival – no fee
- up to 2–1 month before arrival – 40% of the total price
- up to 1 week before arrival – 70% of the total price
- up to the day of arrival and no-show and early departure – 100 % of the total price
In principle, the Austrian hotel regulations apply!
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance!
