Cancellation conditions
Should you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- up to 3 months before arrival – no fee
- up to 2 -1 month before arrival – 40% of the total price
- up to 1 week before arrival – 70% of the total price
- up to the day of arrival and no-show and early departure – 100% of the total price
In principle, the Austrian hotel regulations come into force!
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance!
